You can go ahead and set daily alarms, write it on your arm, Post-it note on the forehead, whatever you need to do to show up… but you’ll want to mark out about 15 minute a day for the pre-challenge starting Wednesday, May 12th and an hour every day from Monday, May 17th to Monday, May 24th at 1 PM EST so you don’t miss a minute!
